Is a deposit required to book a sesssion?
A. Yes! A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to book a session.
Mini Sessions require full payment to book**
When will we receive our photos?
A. You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 2 weeks. (sometimes less) You can download all the photos from the gallery.
How many images will we receive?
A. Whether booking a Mini-Session or a Hour Session, you can expect to receive 25-150+ edited images in your gallery for viewing. The longer the session, the more images you can expect to receive.
Clients will receive a 4 digit pin number to download the quantity of photos guaranteed in their session package. This pin number can only be used the amount of times listed in your session package, unless your package includes a complimentary full gallery buyout.
(10+ guaranteed images = use your pin 10 times before it becomes invalid)
If your package does not include a complimentary full gallery buyout, clients have the ability to do a “full-gallery buyout” and download as many images as desired for an additional small fee. Please chat with our team for more details after receiving your gallery.
Does your team travel to locations outside of Raleigh, North Carolina and surrounding areas?
A. Yes! We are always open to new creative spaces and locations for sessions. Contact our team to inquire about locations outside of Raleigh, North Carolina.
For any session beyond 50 miles of Raleigh, a 75% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit ensures that your date and time are reserved.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
A. We shoot in North Carolina and know how unpredictable weather can be. In the chance of rain, you will have the option to reschedule your session.
What happens if I need to cancel or schedule my session?
A. Life happens - our team is more than happy to find another available date that fits your schedule. Changes in availability need to be communicated to our team within 48 hours of your scheduled session, or else you risk losing your deposit. Your original deposit will be applied to your new session if rescheduled within 48 hours.
In the case of cancellation, your deposit will be non-refundable.
What is a Mini Session?
A. Mini sessions are short sessions, about 10 minutes long, in a set location of the photographer's choosing. Mini sessions are typically only offered on specific dates with specific themes.
